Manager Dashboard

We’re excited to launch our Manager Dashboard initiative. With this release we will be updating “admin” language and replacing it with “manage/manager”. The release includes a number of features to improve the manager experience:

  • We've added Dashboard functionality for all Platform customers! (this previously required purchase of the Insights module). As part of this release we’ve repackaged Insights to be the “Intellum Data Connector”, which primarily includes direct access to the client’s dataset in BigQuery.

  • Introducing brand new dashboards: A Manager Dashboard for all managers, and a new Billing Dashboard for account owners.

  • Dashboards can now be accessed from a new dedicated page in the manager (fka admin) area of the platform. Dashboards are available to all unrestricted admins, and have extensive permissioning functionality for restricted admins.

  • Introducing a brand new home page for manager users. This page has quick links to the different parts of the manager platform that the user has access to. Managers can also pin frequently used reports and dashboards to show up on this list.

  • We've refreshed the left panel UI of the manager area of the platform.

Accessibility Update for Evolve  - New Certification

Following an audit by Online ADA, we have now marked the Gif, Narrative, and Text Narrative Components as accessible, as well as the Search Extension. The in-app indicators for these items now show them marked as ‘Accessible’. The online certification from ADA can be found here.

Text Editor Now Allows Relative URLs

When creating or editing content in the Intellum platform, adding a link now accepts relative URLs.

Evolve Gif Component Update

Evolve users can now upload animated PNGs to the Gif Component. The files must have the .png file extension.

Evolve Reflection Component - New Obtainment Method Added

Evolve users can now set which Open Input/Linked Open Input Components are included in the Reflection document via Behavior > Reflection Obtainment Method > ‘All Reflection Components Completed’. Previously you had to include all Open Input/Linked Open Input Components.

Cloud Sync Courses - Reset Enrollment Process

Customers with Cloud Sync Evolve courses in the Intellum Platform now have the option to reset In-progress enrollments. Previously when certain changes were made to a course in Evolve, after syncing to the platform learners were not able to continue their progress. This feature, accessed in the platform via the course’s Enrollments tab, allows admins to select one or more In-progress users and choose “Reset Enrollment Progress” from the dropdown menu. Learners that have not started or have already completed the course will be unaffected.
