Embed Zoom Webinars in Event Pages
Our Zoom integration now offers you the option to embed a Zoom webinar in a scheduled activity page - giving your learners the ability to participate in the webinar without having to launch Zoom.
Release Notes Update
Starting next month, we will be sharing monthly updates on new releases rather than sending weekly release notes. What does this mean for you? Fewer emails and notifications from us, for one - and more thorough documentation and instruction on how to best utilize new features to empower your work in the platform. We want to be sure that our updates provide meaningful information to you and enhance your understanding of Intellum’s products. We always welcome your feedback via the star rating at the top of this article.
Rest assured that we will still notify you outside of these monthly updates if we make any ad hoc changes that may impact your workflow.

Log User Directly Into GoToTraining
Learners will now be automatically logged in to GoToTraining events when accessed from the Intellum platform.
Customize Assessment Results Page Title
Assessment completion messaging is now more customizable. You now have the option to customize the title of the assessment results page; allowing you more flexibility in delivering assessment results.
Topics Dropdown Design Update
Navigating Topics is now more intuitive and streamlined than ever for learners. Topics now display in a side menu when ‘Topics’ is selected in the platform header. Selecting a topic delivers associated subtopics in the same menu.

Mailchimp Integration Now Available
The Intellum platform now supports integration with Mailchimp. Create Groups in Exceed and sync them with your Mailchimp account to deliver timely email campaigns to your users. Find the new Mailchimp integration in Admin View > Settings > Apps within your Intellum account.
Letters from Scheduled Activity now Reflected on Events
Letters mapped to a scheduled activity are now clearly reflected on corresponding Events.

Enhancements
Improve Display when Uploading Files on Assessments
Learners will now have a clearer view of upload progress when adding files as responses to assessment questions. The uploaded file will also now be displayed on the assessment response report so the learner can have a comprehensive view of all files they have selected.
